As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and presenting findings to the marketing team.
  • Assist in managing the QA of digital marketing and ecommerce deliverables.
  • Assist in the management of the marketing budget, tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as graphic designers, to create compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor industry news and stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Fashion and/or retail experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English), excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with the target audience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsabilités:

  • Contribuer à la mise au point et à la réalisation de stratégies de marketing afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation.
  • Exécuter des dossiers pour les campagnes de marketing, y compris le marketing par courriel, les médias sociaux, la création de contenu et la publicité numérique à l'aide d'un outil de gestion de projet.
  • Contrôler et suivre les performances des campagnes de marketing, préparer des rapports et présenter les résultats à l'équipe de marketing.
  • Participer à la gestion de l'assurance qualité des produits livrables en matière de marketing numérique et de commerce électronique.
  • Participer à la gestion du budget marketing, au suivi des dépenses et au traitement des factures.
  • Soutenir l'équipe de marketing dans les tâches administratives, la planification des réunions et l'organisation des ressources et du matériel de marketing.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, telles que les graphistes, pour créer des supports de marketing attrayants et assurer la cohérence de la marque.
  • Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles afin d'identifier les tendances du secteur, les idées des clients et les nouvelles opportunités de marketing.
  • Suivre l'actualité du secteur et se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de marketing.
  • Collaborer avec des fournisseurs et des agences externes pour soutenir les initiatives de marketing et assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais impartis.
