Vos responsabilités

  • Mobilisation du client – Prioriser l'expérience client et établir des liens personnels pour rendre chaque interaction signifiante. Anticiper les besoins des clients, communiquer efficacement en équipe pour instaurer la confiance et approfondir les relations clientèles. Identifier des opportunités pour améliorer l'expérience client.
  • Expansion des affaires – Rechercher activement des opportunités commerciales pour l'équipe. Collaborer étroitement avec les conseillers en placement pour soutenir les activités d'expansion et contribuer à l'élaboration de plans de placement adaptés aux profils clients, objectifs et tolérance au risque.
  • Établissement de relations – Promouvoir la marque CIBC localement en participant à des événements et en s'engageant dans des activités marketing. Élargir le réseau pour tisser des liens durables propices à des opportunités futures.
