Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplifying hospitality to guests and team members
  • Engaging with guests to guarantee exceptional satisfaction
  • Implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability
  • Participating in hiring procedures, such as interviews and training
  • Assisting in the development of Supervisors
  • Ensuring success in front-of-house leadership areas

Key Requirements

  • Prior leadership role in a full-service restaurant or bar
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and motivation to inspire others
  • Positive attitude and high energy level
  • Excellent communication and patience
  • Desire for ongoing growth and improvement
  • Advocacy for diversity and inclusivity
  • Experience in leadership development is advantageous
