**Développer des personnages, des scénarios d'utilisateurs et d'autres documents d'analyse pour éclairer la conception.
- Mener des recherches auprès des utilisateurs auprès des voyageurs pour comprendre leurs besoins, leurs points faibles et les opportunités de résoudre leurs problèmes grâce aux produits numériques.
- Construire une culture d'enthousiastes UX et fournir une vision et une direction à l'équipe produit
Idéation et collaboration avec l'équipe UX pour concevoir de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités qui influenceront des millions de voyageurs à travers le monde.
- Diriger et encadrer d'autres professionnels UX/Produits.
- Gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, hiérarchiser les tâches et définir les attentes dans un environnement agile et en évolution rapide.
**5 à 7 ans d'expérience en ux, conception de produits avec interfaces utilisateur, wireframes et maquettes.
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans la gestion et le mentorat d'autres concepteurs UX.
- Maîtrise des meilleures pratiques en matière d'architecture, de recherche et de conception d'informations sur le Web, ainsi qu'une solide connaissance des principes et des techniques d'utilisabilité.
- Forte attitude entrepreneuriale pour aider à innover et à exécuter des initiatives UX qui, à leur tour, créeront des expériences de voyage incroyables tout au long du parcours client.
- Passionné par l'UX et le design, les gens et façonnant la capacité de Plusgrade à fournir des expériences client de bout en bout sans friction.
