Hours of Work:
Full time weekdays, 40 hours per week.

Duties for This Position Include:

  • Enter donation, grant, and donor and prospect information in Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Indwell's Constituency Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Develop and run reports to track funds received in support of specific programs and projects.
  • Prepare welcome and appreciation letters.
  • Make and take telephone calls related to donations, credit card and address changes, recurring giving and payment processing, and general inquiries.
  • Assist with the coordination of inperson donor visits, church visits, donor cultivation, donation acknowledgment, and community building and fundraising events.

Qualifications:

  • Able to support and articulate the mission, vision and values of Indwell
  • Demonstrated commitment to promote a working environment that values diversity and equality, as well as build respectful relationships with others.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with quickly changing priorities.
  • Welldeveloped computer, organizational and numeracy skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with understanding of correct grammar and sentence structure.
  • Highly sensitive to the confidential nature of this position and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts.

Education/Experience:
Post-secondary education in a relevant area of study.

Compensation:
$19.85-$23.84 based on education and experience.
