You Are:

  • Flexible. You can adjust tasks as needed to support different departments with urgent needs.

  • Reliable. You are dependable and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

You Will:

  • Maintain the interior of the building by performing regular cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and more
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and keep them well-supplied
  • Take care of the property's exterior, including light landscaping and waste removal
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling
  • Assist in preparing and cleaning auction lanes before and after sale days
  • Help with snow and ice removal, including manual work and possibly operating equipment
  • May support minor repair or maintenance projects

You Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in custodial work
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
  • Capability to lift up to 50lbs independently

Nice to Have:

  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Prior experience with maintenance equipment like floor cleaners and buffers
