- Aider à répondre aux appels téléphoniques et à prendre des réservations pour les clients du Restaurant Sergiolino
- Gérer les listes d'attente et estimer les temps d'attente pour les clients du Restaurant Sergiolino
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation du poste d'hôte/hôtesse au Restaurant Sergiolino
- Collaborer avec les serveurs, le personnel de cuisine et la direction du Restaurant Sergiolino pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations
- Aider aux services aux clients, tels que la vérification des manteaux ou l'accompagnement des clients aux toilettes au Restaurant Sergiolino
Exigences:
- Une expérience préalable dans la restauration, le service à la clientèle ou un domaine connexe est préférable
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe du Restaurant Sergiolino
- Familiarité avec les systèmes de point de vente (POS) est un plus, notamment ceux utilisés au Restaurant Sergiolino

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on the right foot. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hospitality environment and provide exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials
- Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Manage waitlists and estimate wait times for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with guest services, such as coat check or escorting guests to restrooms
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is desirable
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
