Research Assistants are normally students, in a University of Winnipeg undergraduate program, employed to assist with tasks related to research.

Work is performed within defined guidelines and under supervision of a more senior researcher or faculty member.

Position Overview:


The research assistant will work on participant recruitment, data collection, as well as data collection and interpretation for a series of research projects in Dr.

Molgat-Seon's laboratory.

Duties:

  • Participant recruitment
  • Data collection
  • Data analysis and interpretation

Qualifications:

  • Majoring in Kinesiology
  • Cumulative GPA >3.0
  • Ability to perform pulmonary function testing and cardiopulmonary exercise testing

Condition(s) of Employment:

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.


The period of work will be from
May 6, August 30, 2024 and the estimated total hours of work will be
hours.
