Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our transportation team.

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

  • Safely operate a commercial bus, following all traffic laws and regulations
  • Transport passengers to their designated locations on scheduled routes
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior
  • Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
  • Communicate with dispatch to report any delays or issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to write and communicate effectively in both languages
  • Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers of all ages, including children and seniors
  • Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the bus
  • Experience working with children or in senior care is a plus
  • Motor coach experience required
