- Un lead Agile a le mandat d'outiller les équipes du produit et de les aider à maximiser leur autonomie. À ce titre, vous contribuez à améliorer la performance de l'équipe et à favoriser un sain climat de travail. Vous êtes en mesure d'offrir aux employés de l'accompagnement, de la formation et du mentorat, au sujet d'un ensemble de principes Agile et de leur mise en pratique, ainsi que des compétences pour favoriser le travail d'équipe. Vous êtes capable d'anticiper et de comprendre les besoins de l'équipe dans son ensemble, mais aussi de chacun de ses membres.
- Vous savez comment créer un environnement d'apprentissage et d'amélioration continue fondé sur des données et les besoins de l'équipe.
