Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and driven individual that is looking to broaden their sales experience and gain valuable market knowledge through the Customer Service Representative role.

This is an 18-24 month contract role for a recent graduate.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain excellent rapport with external and internal customers
  • Increases orders by suggesting related items, presenting quarterly promotions, explaining features, and checking customer's buying history.
  • Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, area sales managers, and regional sales managers
  • Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
  • Proactively reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer's promised delivery date.
  • Must be bilingual in English/French
  • You leverage your excellent communication skills to influence and build relationships.
  • You have a willingness to learn new skills and proactively develop yourself and your career
  • You are an active listener who can interpret customer feedback and intelligently respond to questions.
  • You are selfmotivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Completed postsecondary education; business related degree is preferred (Requirement: Graduated within last 6 months)
  • Legally entitled to work fulltime in Canada and able to travel (including internationally) as required
  • Valid full provincial driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
