Duties:

  • Perform eyelash extension services to clients, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired lash look and provide recommendations based on their natural lashes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the appointment.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client's experience and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients.
  • Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking in clients.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in performing eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients.
  • Ability to upsell additional services and retail products to increase revenue.
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality work.

Permanent Make Up

Must have at least 2 years of experience.
