Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce aluminum parts according to specifications.
  • Review technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and achieve production targets.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  • Familiarity with Haas CNC machines is a plus
  • Proficient in using various power tools and equipment
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Good problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift 40lb

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour
