Project Coordinator Position at Alcool NB Liquor

Location: Fredericton, NB

Alcool NB Liquor (ANBL) is immersed in a transformative project called Project Galileo, focused on revolutionizing the business to better serve customers, partners, and New Brunswick. This initiative aims to position ANBL as a sustainable leader in the industry, driving efficient decision-making based on data and enhancing visibility of business conditions. Project Galileo is set to optimize operational processes to ensure timely delivery of quality products across all sales channels.

About the position:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to contribute to the development and execution of Project Galileo activities. Reporting to the Project Sponsor and collaborating closely with the Program Manager and Organizational Change Management Lead, the selected candidate will provide administrative support, oversee meetings, provide status updates, and facilitate sessions to drive accountability and achieve project milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings and engage with project teams, management, and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update Project Galileo resources, including documentation and tools
  • Prepare updates, presentations, and status reports
  • Collect feedback through interviews, polls, and surveys
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences

  • Experience in coordinating tasks in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive in problem-solving and resolving issues
  • Effective communication and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Adaptability and resilience to changing priorities

Location:

  • ANBL Retail Operations Centre in Fredericton, New Brunswick
  • Travel within the province may be necessary

  • Bilingualism in both official languages is an asset
