*The Manager's role involves supervising and guiding staff to provide top-tier customer service while ensuring compliance with Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies, Health and Safety regulations, and other programs. The Manager will oversee budgets, labor expenses, inventory management, product display, and merchandising. They will foster a culture of coaching and development among all employees, instilling a shared love for food.

  • Supervise direct reports, handling: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, succession planning, and compensation
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations when necessary
Create a shopping experience that not only attracts customers but also boosts loyalty, sales, and profitability

  • Compliance with Policies and Regulations
  • Implement all corporate policies, initiatives, and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring departmental and employee adherence and effectiveness, including timely and accurate submission of the required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S, food safety, and other regulatory standards and procedures
Directly responsible for meeting all financial objectives of the department, optimizing sales and margins, including precise sales forecasting, variance analysis, correction, and labor cost management

  • Manage the departmental budget effectively
Attend relevant training sessions

  • Stay updated on local competitor activities, industry trends, and make recommendations concerning internal pricing, promotions, and product strategies
Initiate, support, participate in, and organize community and charitable events and projects
Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite

  • Comprehensive understanding of total store operations and competencies
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite
