With a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, we take pride in delivering exceptional results to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all onsite construction activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the onsite construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the ICI construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
  • Constructionrelated certification or degree is an asset.
  • Healthcare experience is an asset
