Role Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at ADP, you'll operate as a reliable advisor for both clients and prospects. Leveraging your expertise and consulting prowess, you'll address critical HCM compliance, HRIS technology, and other business challenges, enabling clients to concentrate on their core operations. Your role involves enhancing sales performance by collaborating closely with sales professionals to identify, develop, and present innovative business solutions utilizing cutting-edge messaging strategies for direct outreach to potential buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge in human resources, payroll, and workforce management to offer consultancy on people, processes, workflow, and operational procedures.
  • Act as a trusted consultant and ADP representative to clients, internal partners, and networks, showcasing poise under pressure and upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Enhance sales effectiveness through collaboration with sales teams to introduce Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions to clients.
  • Embrace a curious mindset, engaging in 'creative play' to explore various scenarios and identify optimal technology fits through real-life testing.

Qualifications:

  • NPI Payroll Certification or HR Certification
  • Three to eight years of experience in payroll, HR, or workforce management
  • Prior exposure to the payroll/HR industry
  • Relevant technical certifications
  • Specialized knowledge in areas such as recruitment, global payroll, etc.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French
