What you'll do to be successful in this role

  • Create and develop multimedia content (graphical and video) for all marketing needs
  • Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Expert in photo editing, and retouching with precision and efficiency
  • Love and enjoy using different social media platforms and understand how to utilize each of them to its full potential
  • Understand traditional marketing & digital marketing principles
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables with tight deadlines
  • Collaborating to develop, refine, define, and create distinctive video styles to fit the brand image
  • Knowledge of cameras, lenses, flashes & lights
  • Knowledge of producing web and printready graphic designs with precision
  • Adaptable and comfortable with mínimal instruction; ability to work under pressure for short turnaround deadlines while maintaining a highquality standard

Requirements:


Post-secondary degree in graphic design or design-related fields and 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, photo editing & generating video and animated content.


Required Skills:


Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects, ability to operate Cameras & Lights, and the ability to learn and adapt to new equipment & technologies.


Personality:
Thrives in a rapid-growth environment. Experience in emerging digital/social media platforms. Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly in a positive manner. Ability to multi-task and take initiative to do or learn. Energetic & motivated personality.
