This position is based in our Montreal location.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a primary point of contact for our customers and internal staff regarding regional portfolios. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for fulfilling the Company's service commitments and providing support to Account Executives. Some areas of responsibility include:
Endorse Jim Pattison Lease mission by helping to provide fast and superior customer service:

- Answer customer calls and manage customer requests quickly and efficiently
- Process lease documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure that files and files are accurate, complete and forwarded to the appropriate services when necessary
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding rental documentation and all other customer service requirements

Provide support to Account Executives:

- Maintain daily communication and provide reports
- Attend client meetings and new client introductions as required
- Troubleshoot customer sales, billing, and accounting

This role works closely with all departments and is thoroughly familiar with all Jim Pattison Lease programs, processes and procedures.

En tant que Représentant(e) Service à la Clientèle, vous serez un point de contact principal pour nos clients et notre personnel interne, en ce qui concerne les portefeuilles régionaux. Les représentants(tes) du service à la clientèle sont responsables de l'exécution des engagements de la compagnie en matière de service et d'offrir un soutien aux Directeurs de comptes. Voici quelques domaines de responsabilité:
Endosser la mission de Location Jim Pattison en aidant à fournir un service à la clientèle rapide et supérieur:

- Répondre aux appels des clients et gérer leurs demandes rapidement et efficacement
- Traiter la documentation de location en temps opportun
- S'assurer que les dossiers et fichiers sont exacts, complets et transmis aux services appropriés lorsque nécessaire
- Maintenir une communication continue avec les clients concernant la documentation de location et toutes les autres exigences du service à la clientèle

Fournir un soutien aux Directeurs de comptes:

- Maintenir la communication quotidienne et fournir des rapports
- Assister aux réunions avec les clients et assister aux présentations de nouveaux clients, au besoin
- Résolution de problèmes concernant les ventes, la facturation et la comptabilité des clients
