Lot Attendant to join our Gyro Mazda team.

As a runner/lot attendant at a dealership, your duties and responsibilities are crucial for the smooth operation of the dealership and ensuring customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Are detailoriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lot and Vehicle organization
  • Delivery and pick up of vehicle licensing, and other runs as authorized by managers
  • Pick up and/or drop off sold units as requested
  • Maintain the showroom vehicles and demos for cleanliness.
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris.
  • Supporting Sales Team: Assisting the sales team by preparing vehicles for test drives, ensuring they are fueled up and clean, and helping with vehicle deliveries.
  • Supporting colleagues as required (i.e. standing in during absences)
  • Adherence to all Health and Safety requirements
  • Parking vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner
  • Communication: Effective communication with colleagues, customers, and other dealership staff members is essential for coordinating vehicle movements

$17.00-$18.00 per hour
