Bilingual Case Supervisor

As the Immigration Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team, developing strategic plans, ensuring smooth processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and relevant institutions.
We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the immigration field and exceptional leadership skills.Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the immigration team, ensuring the team achieves and surpasses set goals.
- Effectively allocate casework, coordinate the division of labor, and foster collaboration within the casework team.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for immigration projects, ensuring efficiency of services and customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex immigration cases, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Establish and maintain close collaboration with government agencies, law firms, and other partners.
- Provide consultation services on immigration policies and regulations, ensuring the team stays informed about the latest regulations.
- Supervise document preparation and review procedures, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of documents.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a valid work permit in Canada.
- Registered Consultant (RCIC) or have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the immigration field, with preference given to those with management experience.
- Indepth understanding of Canadian immigration regulations and policies, with a clear grasp of various immigration processes.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, as well as fluent
Mandarin
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and team members from diverse cultures.
- Passionate about the job, with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
