Company Overview:

The Look Company specializes in providing visual engagement solutions for sport, retail and commercial customers globally. We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager on a permanent full-time basis.

Position Overview: Permanent, full-time Mon-Fri

· The main goal for this role is to retain our top customers and nurture those key relationships

· Working with our top customers, you will become a strategic partner and an advisor, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit

Hours of Work: Day shift 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:

· Assist Retail Sales Team in managing day to day client requests with high level of customer service excellence, most often communicating directly with the Client's staff in support of both the Client and the internal team at The Look Company

· Define client requirements, scope and objectives and project manage client requirements to fulfilment, effectively becoming the internal advocate for delivering Client requirements

· Support Sales Team with preparation and entry of proposals and quotes, collateral materials and effectively become the Sales Team's internal support person

· Maintain accurate client information database, including setting up the account according to The Look Company processes

· Enter sales orders, work orders and project manage orders through production and shipment

· Assist and maintain project completion and delivery dates for Production Manager and Project Delivery Managers

· Ensure all orders and project are billed accurately and on time

· Facilitate and ensure timely artwork approvals with clients

· Support with services that will be external to the Look Company, such as; Installation, freight, custom fabrication, more project management driven larger rollout programs as required

· Stay current with all Look Company products, services and departments

Candidate Characteristics:

  • Able to handle multiple tasks, concurrent activity, deadlines and changing priorities
  • Strong computer, excel, personal communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Be able to liaison with various internal and external company departments to facilitate design, production, installation, order entry, purchasing and accounting requirements
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Education and Experience:

· Three (3) or more years of experience in client service in a related or B2B field

· Event or Retail industry experience an asset

· Experience in using an ERP system for configurator quotation and detailed entering of sales orders
