Field Bracket Technician - Crew Lead

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Crew Lead for our Field Bracket Technicians.

The primary responsibility within this role would be the installation of residential brackets in preparation for precast concrete step placement.


Responsibilities:

  • Load and transport brackets out to residential job sites
  • Unload materials and equipment for install
  • Perform installation in a safe and efficient manner
  • Installation of metal brackets in preparation for precast step placement
  • Operating mini excavator (E10-E35)
  • Reading and interpreting blue prints
  • Marketing locations and heights of materials before installation
  • Pulling an enclosed and gooseneck trailer in Edmonton and surrounding area
  • General labour responsibilities
  • Comply with PPE and safety requirements
  • Attend safety meetings and perform incident reporting

Qualifications:

  • Dependability and reliability
  • Valid drivers license
  • Mini hoe experience
  • Ability to utilize hand power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Concrete flat work experience (preferred)
  • CSTS Certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with precast step installation (preferred)
Hours of Work

Typical workweek is Monday - Friday, with some Saturday work. Overtime will be required.

Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
