Night Housekeeper for
Cristalina PARC, our new community in
Kelowna which will open its doors in spring-summer 2024.

in the heart of the vibrant Pandosy Village, Cristalina PARC is starting to blossom. Just one block from Lake Okanagan, the residence is set to open in 2024, with 133 gorgeously appointed suites. This modern, sustainably designed nine-story building is purpose-made for independent living, with vitality and social connection built right in.

Residents can enjoy fine dining, lounge area, fitness activities, arts, culture, and gardening - or just sit back and take in beautiful views of the lake with a glass of fine wine.


This role includes:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing common areas according to a preset schedule.
  • Performing laundry services as needed.
  • Answering phone calls and screening visitors at building entry points.
  • Conducting security patrols and monitoring video surveillance to ensure resident and staff safety throughout the night.
  • Responding to resident calls and emergencies; providing First Aid and contacting emergency services and the oncall manager as required.
  • Logging and communicating overnight issues or occurrences.

It takes a special kind of person to work here - does this sound like you?

  • You're an upbeat team member and customerservice professional who brings positive energy to all you do.
  • You have at least one year of janitorial or housekeeping experience in the hospitality or seniorliving industry.
  • You have solid knowledge of security procedures. Building security training and/or completion of a Building Services Worker Program are assets, as well.
  • You have completed Grade 12 or equivalent, and are able to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
  • You possess current WHMIS, First Aid and CPR certifications. A Health Care Aide qualification and FOODSAFE Level 1 would be assets, too.
  • You're able to selfdirect and work effectively with mínimal supervision, and also respond to emergency situations effectively when required.
  • You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families, and other professional services engaged with our residents.


At PARC Retirement Living we understand the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members and visitors from COVID-19.

As such, a prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
