**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Identifier des solutions créatives aux exigences de l'entreprise, analyser les forces et les faiblesses;
- Analyser la concurrence afin de rendre le produit au niveau de la concurrence mondiale;
- Documenter et analyser la concurrence, proposer des designs et valider des solutions alignées sur les besoins commerciaux des clients;
- Procéder à une évaluation approfondie des informations provenant de diverses sources, décomposer les données complexes en éléments plus détaillés, puis résumer les détails afin d'en dégager une compréhension globale;
- Analyser et documenter les différents personas de nos utilisateurs et prospects;
- Assister le Chef de produits à interpréter les besoins commerciaux des clients;
- Développer des solutions créatives selon les besoins de l'entreprise, évaluer les avantages et les inconvénients des options, puis proposer des recommandations;
- Collaborer activement avec UX/UI, PO, Marketing, le département de Succès client et celui des vente aux différents livrables;
- Faciliter les discussions et les négociations pour résoudre les différends et parvenir à un consensus entre les parties prenantes;
- Participer et maintenir des plans de projet détaillés, comprenant des listes de tâches, des échéanciers et des besoins en ressources;
- Assister le processus de changement, y compris l'analyse d'impact, la communication et la formation des utilisateurs finaux;
- Veiller à ce que les solutions proposées soient conformes aux normes organisationnelles et aux meilleures pratiques;
- Restez à jour avec les tendances de l'industrie et les technologies émergentes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Baccalauréat en informatique, gestion des opérations ou administration des affaires, marketing ou domaines comparable;
- 3 ans + d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires agile et/ou similaire Product stream (system applicatifs);
- Maîtriser la suite complète Microsoft Office, l'environnement Windows et MAC ;
- Expérience au service des entreprises SaaS ;
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de startup souhaitée;
- Solide expérience de travail dans une équipe Agile pour développer des conceptions de systèmes et de produits basées sur les exigences des utilisateurs ;
- Certification CBAP, CABA ou RBA (un atout);
- Certificat en analyse commerciale - technologies de l'information (un atout).

**English**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify creative solutions to business requirements, analyse the strengths and weaknesses;
- Analyze the competition in order to make the product up to the competition global;
- Document and analyze competition, propose designs, and validate solutions aligned with customer business needs;
- Rigorously evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding;
- Analysis and document the different persona among our users and prospects;
- Assist the Product Owner at interpreting customer business needs;
- Develop creative solutions to business requirements, analyses the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives, and provides recommendations;
- Collaborate actively with UX/UI, POs, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales on the various deliverables;
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to resolve differences and achieve consensus among stakeholders;
- Participate and maintain detailed project plans, including task lists, timelines, and resource requirements;
- Assist in managing the change process, including impact analysis, communication, and training for end-users;
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with organizational standards and best practices;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Management or Business Administration, Marketing or comparable areas;
- Master the complete Microsoft Office suite, Windows and MAC environment;
- Experience serving SaaS companies;
- Experience working in a startup environment (asset);
- Solid experience working in an Agile team to develop system, product designs based on user requirements;
- CBAP, CABA or RBA certification (asset);
- Certificate in Business Analysis - Information Technology (asset).
