Grocery Supervisor on a permanent, full-time basis at our Food Store in
Arborg, Manitoba.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Department Manager with leading the team and ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations including, but not limited to, inventory control, markdowns, commodities, sales, merchandising, marketing, ordering/receiving, CASM(S), and team member support.
  • Providing recommendations to the manager on planning needs for items like orders, receiving, employee training/support, performance management, merchandising, inventory control, image, and health & safety.
  • Ensure standards for marketing, merchandising, human resources, operation requirements, health & safety, and forklift requirements meet established standards.
  • Be a mentor and provide leadership and direction to maintain exemplary customer service to all our guests while responding to general inquiries regarding store promotions, bulletins, and updates.
