About You:

About the Role:

  • You are on the sales floor 5 days per week, engaging with consumers while promoting a firstclass, inclusive working environment built on mutual respect, positive reinforcement, and effective communication.
  • You take the initiative in keeping yourself wellinformed and acquainted with knowledge pertaining to upcoming, current, and replenishment products.
  • You collaborate, communicate, and strategize with your management and sales team to ensure they're wellinformed with information and insights regarding consumer feedback and experience.
  • You possess the discipline to effectively execute daily and weekly task lists under your management team's direction.
  • You support and assist your team in executing inventoryrelated tasks such as receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming/outgoing shipments and transfers.
  • You support and assist in ensuring that inventory levels are accurate by proactively reporting all inventoryrelated variances and discrepancies to your management team.
  • You utilize the PointofSale System by processing payments and exchanges while ensuring that the checkout process is smooth and seamless.
  • You meet and maintain all company policies and procedures and dutifully communicate any infractions to your Store Manager.
  • You ensure your store meets and maintains consistency with our expected instore presentation to promote a consistent brand experience.
  • In addition to your role as a Full-Time Sales Associate, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required.

Must Haves:

  • You possess exemplary people skills and are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • You are capable of lifting, packing and unpacking boxes that range from lbs.
  • You take pride in your sense of personal style and have an eye for visual design, trends, and initiatives.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire your team members to reach common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience in a comparable, highvolume retail environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; completion of postsecondary education will be considered an asset.
  • You possess and maintain the availability to work 40 hours per week (5 days), including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
