• Deliver engaging classroom instruction and offer academic support to students when needed.
• Develop course objectives, outlines, and assessment procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations and attendance.
• Curate course materials and learning resources for effective delivery.
• Foster a positive and creative learning environment.
• Contribute to program development and operational planning.
• Participate in college projects and initiatives.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements for Success:

• Hold a Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical trade.
• Possess extensive industry experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative teamwork skills.
• Previous adult teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
