Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement general office services such as appointmentsetting, records control, meeting preparation, supply orders, file management, and other administrative activities
  • Coordinate vendor and event planning
  • Assist with other projects as needed for all team members
  • Assist with projects and shipping out samples
  • Answer phones, receive and send out general mail
  • Analyze unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and personnel requirements
  • Locate and compiles information; formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources
  • Schedule meetings and manage personal and work calendar of the CEO

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of college is preferred
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude to work with mínimal supervision
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills

Pay:
$19.00-$26.00 per hour
