Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement general office services such as appointmentsetting, records control, meeting preparation, supply orders, file management, and other administrative activities
- Coordinate vendor and event planning
- Assist with other projects as needed for all team members
- Assist with projects and shipping out samples
- Answer phones, receive and send out general mail
- Analyze unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and personnel requirements
- Locate and compiles information; formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources
- Schedule meetings and manage personal and work calendar of the CEO
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of two (2) years of college is preferred
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Aptitude to work with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills
Pay:
$19.00-$26.00 per hour
