This role involves working in the kitchen at one or more resort locations, such as restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, or quick-service establishments.
SEASONAL - FULL-TIME ROLE
COMPENSATION: $19.15 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Setting up the station for service, which may involve preparation tasks. Stations could include the grill, deep fryer, or salad station, among others.
- Following instructions to prepare and cook meals in varying quantities while adhering to the recipes provided by the Executive Chef and station guide for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service.
- Assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as instructed.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area.
Requirements:
- Some high school completion.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- At least 1 year of previous experience working in a kitchen.
- Knowledge of safe and proper handling and storage of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Basic math skills, problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
