Primary Responsibility:

Provide quality workmanship on the assembly, fit, and install of pre-fabricated parts to form finished products while maintaining high standards of production, documentation and safety

Duties Include:

  • Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies.

The Subsea Assembler will be responsible for:

  • Prepping parts and equipment for assembly;
  • Assembly and installation of Bean Seals, Main Seals, Couplers, Tubing;
  • Pressing wear sleeves, clamping assemblies, torqueing canisters;
  • Installation of accessories and subassemblies.
  • Check mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for proper functioning:
  • Perform certification of inserts and continuity testing.
  • Perform and document functional testing of product.
  • Maintain accurate database.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Handson knowledge of the Master Flo product lines or sufficient experience portraying assembly, testing or mechanical ability to perform the required responsibilities.
  • Postsecondary technical/mechanical education is an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills (able to follow verbal and written instructions).
  • Effective organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent (internal and external) customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under mid to high operational deadlines and demands.
  • Computer proficiencies in standard office programs and specialized data base programs.
