Your opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Cooper Lighting Solutions in Mississauga, ON. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day service requests from our agent network.

This position is responsible for the successful administration, planning, and execution of all lighting projects as it relates to Canadian agents and distributor partners.

What you'll do- Identify project stakeholders (i.e. agents, contractors, engineers and/or end users) and determine needs and expectations for each project as it pertains to the complete lighting system.- Establish clear set of project goals; prioritize demand, sequence of activities and a detailed schedule to meet customer requested delivery dates. Provide ongoing monitoring and communication of deliverables to various project stakeholders at the agent, distributor, contractor and end-user locations.- Escalate / communicate as needed on any delays in the supply chain.


Your qualifications- College diploma from an accredited institution or 1+ years customer service experience in the electrical industry.- Must have a strong technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers via multiple channels.- Strong work ethic, flexibility and a desire to actively contribute to the success of a team.- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

- Prior experience working with electrical products, distributors, or contractors is an asset
