About the job
The Partner Alliance Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of partner alliance program. This includes developing and executing partnership operations, managing partner and sales relationships, and tracking and reporting on program performance.

Base Salary - $75,000 per year

KPIs include

  • 90% credit request approval SLA of 2 business days.
  • 90% reimbursement claim submission of 2 business days.
  • 90% resolution of claim rejections within 2 business days.
  • 100% of partner to payments cash accounting stakeholder mgmt within 30 days following payment.

Schedule

  • Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 hrs. shift from 9 AM to 6 PM (West coast/Pacific time), open to flexible hours working with clients across the globe.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years project and vendor management experience.
  • Tech savvy with understanding of Cloud and other hardware products.
  • Experience working with global partners in a channel sales environment.
  • Background in managing reimbursements, high value fund transactions.
  • Previously managed budget, accounting, and payments.
  • Experience in managing external partner relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Handson experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Review requests against eligibility criteria, manage approvals or rejections.
  • Submit claims for reimbursement via partner tools with all required documentation.
  • Manage external partner relationships and resolving issues.
  • Manage Field Sales Reps (FSRs) and partner Sales Reps relationships and resolve issues.
  • Track and report on partner performance, including partner sales, partner leads, and partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, accounting, and partner ecosystem, to ensure that the partner program is successful.
  • Weekly sync with vendors to track performance and operations.
  • Handling change management and stakeholder management.
  • Operational excellence and workflow improvement.
