JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Execute audit tests in accordance with US GAAP ensuring that the audit work is thorough, accurate and complete, and risks are appropriately addressed
- Perform testing of operating effectiveness of internal controls as well as IT General Controls (ITGC) testing under the supervision of the Sr Manager Internal Audit
- Assist in analyzing client reported GBO amounts to conduct theatre audits
- Present audit findings and related recommendations in a concise and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management in the Finance department
- Build and maintain positive working relationships by effectively communicating and regularly sharing information, issues, points of interest and knowledge with both external and internal business partners
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Completed or completing bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a businessrelated field is an asset
- Working towards or currently enrolled in CPA program is an asset
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving abilities that include the process of working through details of a problem to reach a solution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
