You'll be the Perfect Fit if:
- You have graduated (or will be graduating) from a recognized RMT/Acupuncture/TCM accredited program
- You have strong interpersonal, computer organizational, and timemanagement skills

- You have a strong desire to work in women's health and oncology
Clinic Assistant duties include:
- Run modalities as per therapist's instructions (ultrasound, cupping, MedX Laser unit, Theralase Laser Unit, Acuscope)
- Execute treatment plans as per therapist's instructions (ex. bra assessment, compression garment fitting, limb measurements etc.)
- Assist in assessments and help therapists with writing doctors letters and progress notes
Administrative tasks include:
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors, in person and/or on the telephone
- Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization
- Maintain and protect confidential patient accounts, files, and records
- Light cleaning duties (beds, equipment, and laundry as necessary) in line with medical cleaning procedures
