  • Ready to troubleshoot any mechanical maintenance and repair
  • Ready to troubleshoot any electrical maintenance and repair
  • Familiarity with heavy industrial environments and related safety standards
  • Have a health and safety focus at all times
  • Must be comfortable in dealing with customers from all levels
  • Hands on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
  • Open mind to new refractory opportunities and problem solving
  • Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications

  • Flexibility with on call / overtime / trial participation requirements
  • Supporting team members and other customers as required
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle required

Physical Requirements

  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment when required, including helmet (at times with chin strap), fire retardant clothing, gloves, glasses, and steel toe boots (with meta-tarsal)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, reach, stoop and kneel
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to manually spray refractory material. Moderate lifting is required.

  • Heavy industrial environment
