Ce que vous ferez :

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes, y compris les cadres, les responsables de département et les utilisateurs finaux, pour recueillir, documenter et hiérarchiser les besoins métier pour divers projets et initiatives.
  • Analyser et évaluer les processus métier existants pour identifier les inefficiences, les goulots d'étranglement et les domaines à optimiser.
  • Élaborer et documenter des cartes de processus détaillées.
  • Extraire, manipuler et analyser des données provenant de différentes sources pour obtenir des informations exploitables. Utiliser des outils et des techniques statistiques pour déceler des tendances et des schémas dans les données.
  • Proposer des solutions novatrices et pratiques pour résoudre les défis et atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et de projet pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des solutions recommandées.
  • Aider à définir la portée du projet, les objectifs et les livrables.
  • Suivre l'avancement du projet, identifier les risques et communiquer les mises à jour aux parties prenantes du projet.
  • Faciliter la communication entre les équipes techniques et non techniques, traduire des concepts techniques complexes en termes faciles à comprendre pour les parties prenantes

Exigences :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat dans des disciplines connexes.
  • 5+ années d'expérience en tant que BA.
  • Connaissance des produits IAM.
  • Expérience pratique des solutions et protocoles d'authentification multi-facteurs.
  • Connaissance des langages de programmation
  • Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Capacité à réfléchir clairement sous pression et dans des environnements complexes.
  • Capacité démontrée à apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies ou concepts.
  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
