Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm _**Over time may be required_


Must provide clean driving record, valid drivers license, be able to lift up to 50 lb, have basic computer skills.


Soft Skills that are a must for this position:

Clear Communication:

  • You will be collaborating with our shipping/receiving coordinator each day to ensure the most efficient delivery route
  • Intact with our customers daily, note any concerns and communicate them with our parts manager, ask at each delivery if there are any customer returns
  • Deliver the highest customer service and experience. Build good relationships, appreciate they have chosen us to do business with, you are their contact with our team and the mouth piece for us

Adaptability:

  • Weather will challenge you, time management will be tested, customers have good days and bad. You will need to be adaptable to each situation and put your best foot forward to handle what's in front of you
  • Ease with change. As much as we try for accuracy and efficiency the parts driver needs to be able to go with the flow if wrenches get thrown in our plans

Problem Solving:

  • You will need to have confidence in your problem solving skills as you will need to be on the ball in providing a great customer service experience if things have gone wonky
  • Working with our inventory control or our warehouse
  • Being part of the solution not the problem

Organized:

  • Prepare out going orders for delivery
  • Ensure delivery invoices are free of any discrepancies
  • Deliver parts to customer in a timely manner
  • Accurately receive incoming inventory into stock
  • Maintain a clean delivery vehicle (communicate any damages or repairs needed)
