What You Will Be Doing:

- Leading various group fitness routines.
- Creating a fun and motivating environment for all participants.
- Tailoring class routines to accommodate different fitness levels.
- Promoting classes to all residents.
- Keeping accurate attendance records.
- Meeting with clients to understand their personal fitness goals.
- Supporting and promoting all recreation programs.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

- Have 2+ years of group fitness instruction experience.
- Hold an appropriate fitness training certification.
- Possess a valid CanFit Pro (or related Fitness Certification), First Aid, and CPR Level C Certificate.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Have Personal Liability Insurance.
- Excellent in communication and leadership skills.
- Able to interact with a diverse member demographic.
- Good at time management and possess a strong work ethic.

- Rencontrer les clients pour comprendre leurs objectifs personnels en matière de fitness.
- Soutenir et promouvoir tous les programmes de loisirs.
- Exécuter d'autres tâches assignées.

Qui vous êtes:

- Vous avez plus de 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'instructeur de fitness en groupe.
- Vous détenez une certification appropriée en formation fitness.
- Vous possédez une certification valide CanFit Pro (ou une certification fitness équivalente), ainsi qu'un certificat de premiers secours et de RCR niveau C.
- Vous êtes flexible pour travailler à différents horaires, y compris en soirée et les fins de semaine.
- Vous avez une assurance de responsabilité civile personnelle.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
- Vous êtes capable d'interagir avec une population de membres diversifiée.
- Vous avez une bonne gestion du temps et possédez une solide éthique de travail.
