Who we need:

What you will do:

  • Teaching and managing student performance.
  • Fostering student success through ongoing support and coaching.
  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Associate Dean of BBA.
  • Assist in faculty related committees and meetings.
  • Provide live training for new faculty and answer any questions relating to the program.
  • Assist with the hiring process and help create an effective onboarding process.
  • Monitor faculty performance and provide feedback to senior leadership.
  • Assist with the faculty recognition program.
  • Field any escalated faculty concerns and action them appropriately.
  • Participate in and produce scholarly output.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as attend orientation and open houses, participate in committees and student events, among others.

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years' teaching experience at postsecondary level (preference given to those with international student experience).
  • Demonstrated track record of teaching excellence with both online and oncampus experience.
  • At least 3 years' working experience within related industries.
  • A crosscultural, interdisciplinary, modernized base of knowledge and ideas.
  • A lifelong passion for innovating, designing, and teaching.
