The Superintendent is responsible for the performance of maintenance,
preventative maintenance, housekeeping and repair duties while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Performs housekeeping responsibilities, as required, to maintain a clean and operational building by:

  • Ensure cleanliness of common areas & corridors
  • Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance tasks (Training provided)
  • Monitor and assist as needed with Grounds maintenance and Snow removal duties
  • Completion and recording of assigned housekeeping program tasks

Salary:
From $22.00 per hour
