Aligned with our organization's vision and values, the Registered Care Aide delivers resident care following a resident-centred approach and established regional policies.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, under the guidance of the Manager, the Registered Care Aide conducts nursing procedures and attends to residents' daily living needs, including social, physical, and recreational support.

They also assist with resident transportation and handle clerical tasks.



Shift Rotation/Hours of Work:Days, Evenings, Nights - 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, 23:00 to 07:00, Rotating

Acropolis Manor OverviewAcropolis Manor consists of three units: East Pod, North Pod, and West Pod, all situated on the main floor. With a total of 56 beds, including respite and short-stay beds, Acropolis Manor is conveniently linked to Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. Residents have easy access to downtown amenities and transportation services, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The Recreation Therapist designs activities to enhance residents' overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • Grade 10 education plus completion of a recognized Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience
