seasonal full-time Outside Maintenance Technicians to join our Residential Rentals team in Guelph
Note:
Hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

About the Role:
- Work alongside your peers in a fun, low stress environment.
- Convenient work schedule, Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
- Daily upkeep and maintenance of the community grounds.
- Maintaining residential townhome lawns and common areas using the latest equipment: stand and ride on mowers, string trimers, backpack blowers, power edger and utility vehicles.
- Assist in landscape projects throughout the season: Tree and shrub planting, drainage installation, sod installation, as well as garden planting.
- Working in most weather conditions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a landscape or grounds maintenance environment.
- Prior safety training and strong awareness and knowledge of the safe operation of grounds maintenance equipment and other safety protocols.
- Selfmotivated and energetic, able to work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills and a positive customer service focus.
- Obtain, or able to obtain Working at Heights certification.
- Ability to perform physical job functions during all weather conditions.
- Dependable transportation; valid driver's license and ability to report for flexible work schedules.
