  • Provide administrative support including photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Maintain lawyer's calendars, arrange meetings, and prepare billing documents
  • Interact professionally with firm members and clients

Requirements:

Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma with 3+ years of experience in litigation support

Hands-on experience with transactional documents and Automated Civil Litigation

Proficiency with MS Office, CMS, and Elite pre-bill administration

Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
