Au sujet de l'École de gestion Telfer

Située au coeur d'Ottawa, l'École de gestion Telfer de l'Université d'Ottawa est fière d'être un véritable foyer pour quelque 4 300 étudiants, 200 membres du corps professoral, plus d'une centaine d'employés et plus de anciens

**Raison d'être du poste**:
Relevant du Superviseure, Services administratifs et finances, les activités financières courantes du secteur dans le but d'assurer une saine gestion financière et de donner des conseils à la haute direction pour appuyer la planification stratégique à long terme. Superviser et diriger une équipe d'employés chargés d'assumer une variété de fonctions liées aux activités financières et administratives du secteur, pour assurer un environnement productif et positif et pour donner des conseils et un soutien de haut niveau dans le cadre des questions plus complexes. Au besoin, représenter la haute direction dans les comités centraux ayant des mandats liés au secteur de responsabilité du titulaire.

**Dans ce rôle, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes**:
**Processus et procédures**: Concevoir et implanter de nouveaux processus, procédures et méthodes de travail ou modifier ceux en place, et surveiller que son équipe s'y conforme afin d'améliorer continuellement les activités pour maximiser sa productivité et son efficacité.

**Ce que vous apportez**:
Connaissance approfondie des principes de comptabilité, normalement acquise au moyen d'une formation postsecondaire dans une discipline connexe ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience de travail.

Au moins cinq années d'expérience dans un rôle semblable.

Connaissance des systèmes informatiques et des logiciels, y compris les systèmes financiers, les tableurs, les bases de données, Internet et le courriel.

Un titre comptable professionnel constitue un atout.

Expérience en supervision.

Expérience en participation à la planification stratégique.

Expérience de la planification, du contrôle et de l'analyse des budgets.

Expérience de l'analyse des rapports.

Excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.

Bon sens de l'organisation.

Haut degré de discrétion.

Bilinguisme - français et anglais (expression orale et écrite).
