FedEx is looking for a Digital Product Manager (Senior Marketing Specialist) in Mississauga, Ontario. This role offers a hybrid work setup.
What you'll do:
- Shape and back the creation of innovative Digital solutions that are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable, catering to customer needs throughout the product-market journey.
- Enhance current solutions by adding new features in line with our portfolio strategy.
- Collaborate with a diverse group to outline and understand customer needs, grasp the Solution Context, launch features, and craft the Program Vision and Roadmap with essential Features to meet market and business requirements.
This role could be ideal if you:
- Define features by consulting with business owners, stakeholders, and customers.
- Document and align with business and Product owners on Feature 'Acceptance Criteria'.
- Coordinate and co-lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions with Product Owner, engaging in AGILE proceedings.
- Collect feedback to spot future needs and prioritize them into suitable PIs and sprints.
- Promote the team's compliance with SAFe framework and agile principles.
- Support the team in connecting with Business Owners, Development leads, architects, etc.
Essentials:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of e-commerce and/or Marketing experience in a corporate setting. Previous digital product management exposure is desirable.
- Project management background using Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in international Marketing Promotions, Database Marketing, Information Analysis, Market Research, & Financial Analysis is advantageous.
