Your Day-to-Day:

  • Book and check appointments for the sales staff
  • Liaise with the Sales Managers regarding objectives, daily/weekly call volume plans, etc.
  • Lead the development and execution of the internet sales strategy
  • Build rapport with guests by asking openended questions to determine needs, and closeended questions to confirm and narrow down specific information
  • A willingness to do what it takes for guests with follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Facilitate managing the client experience through assigning sales associates to existing, new, and potential clients
  • Develop strategies and tactics to build our brand and drive traffic to our website and front door
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships
  • Other duties as required

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales capacity, preferably related to the automotive industry
  • Post secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset
  • Experience managing large corporate sales accounts would be considered an asset.
  • Proven performance and experience in either an inbound or outbound sales environment. Previous sales experience, preferably B2B is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining key partner relationships
  • Detail oriented, selfmotivated, and resourceful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines
  • Resultsdriven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful
  • Excellent skills in MS Office suite
