The role will be based close to one of their two milling facilities located in the Fraser Valley and Okanagan areas of British Columbia.

Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols and Risk Management policies.
~Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

~Champion environmental stewardship, sustainability initiatives, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
~Promote ethical business practices, transparency, and community engagement, aligning the company's values with societal expectations and global trends.
~Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
~Proven track record of executive leadership and management experience in the food processing industry, with specific expertise in milling operations highly desirable.
