Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Highlevel video production oversight across your respective brand.
  • Shoot and edit video for all content types including Youtube and members' content.
  • Provide leadership and training for all Video Specialists with an emphasis on empowering and helping guide team members to their ambitions and work/personal goals.
  • Creating broadscope strategies and executing those visions for each brand in conjunction with the Video Production team.
  • Ensuring the team has all the necessary tools and resources to meet deadlines and deliver excellent quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artist Relations: Ensure you speak on behalf of Musora while interacting with artists, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and company policies and processes.
  • Lead and Supervise employees, including hiring, managing performance, etc.
  • Exposed to confidential information and budgets for not only production but the entire company. Need to keep it private and respect the confidentiality of not only this but employees if they bring up problems or challenges.
  • Highlevel duties and responsibilities overseeing complex projects from a broad picture view. Responsible for people executing these and juggling a lot of detailed tasks.
  • Material Resources: Responsible for ensuring proper treatment of expensive video production equipment by staying up to date with training and maintenance of it, and training others.
  • Create and implement policies and best practices for the Video Production team, ensuring that the team follows them.
  • Financial Resources: Responsible for lowlevel expenses and building budgets for Video Production and Studio equipment. Also responsible for approving employee requests for lowlevel purchases like computer mice or keyboards, etc., that can help improve their performances. Potential possibility to oversee larger budgets for highlevel production shoots too.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • 5+ years of highlevel video production experience.
  • Highend experience across various aspects of Video Production with substantial technical and theoretical knowledge of the processes involved.
  • Highly skilled in video software and hardware including Premiere and Davinci, camera systems, monitors, recorders, video switchers, live streaming and broadcast equipment.
  • 2+ years experience in managing teams and leading shoots and people on various video production projects.
  • Valid Passport and Drivers license.
  • Experience optimizing procedures and training staff.
  • Experience in a fastpaced studio environment shooting and editing videos across multiple channels like YouTube. Experience in music education is a plus.

  • High level of interpersonal skills as a lot of the role is building and maintaining relationships with the team and other key stake holders and departments.
  • High level of, written/oral communication.
  • Highlevel Problem Solving/Judgement calls. Constantly making decisions that best reflect and combine the team resources against the company's goals for video releases and products.
  • Skilled at implementing highlevel strategies and visions for video production.
