Knight Archer Insurance (KAI) is looking for a full-time **Commercial Lines

  • Client Care Representative** based in our Regina offices.

The team is rounded out with IT, Finance, and Human Resources divisions that allows us internal support for all areas of operations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Connecting with clients to provide information and options regarding fullservice insurance needs.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external vendors.
  • Assisting commercial brokers in client service duties.
  • Providing client support throughout the claims process.
  • Building relationships with clients and recommending the appropriate coverage to suit their individual needs.
  • Maintaining a client portfolio which includes computer filing and company software.
  • Administration associated with client service record notes, instructions, changes, new submissions, renewal submissions, letters, claim reporting, etc.
  • Assisting with marketing of accounts and attending client meetings as necessary.
  • Achieving and maintaining all required licenses and designations required in the province of employment.

  • Proficiency in SigXP and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Commitment to achieve professional industry licenses.

Education and Experience:

  • Level 2 Insurance license, or working toward.
  • Minimum grade 12 diploma, with bonus points for postsecondary work that is related to the position.
  • Experience working in an office environment is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Experience in commercial insurance would be considered an asset.
